Once cut, the various parts are bulked up , that is, finished with a caliper to establish width and proportions.
The glove takes shape through precise and thin stitching , made with calibrated machinery and constantly checked by specialized technicians: the finer the leather, the more it tends to slip — and only expert hands know how to tame it.
Each material is processed at a controlled temperature , based on its thickness and elasticity, to preserve its natural softness and achieve the fit that has always distinguished Sermoneta gloves.
